In December of 2015, The Department of Transportation enacted an amendment to the Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) requiring all foreign and domestic air carriers operating in the United States to make their website, apps and kiosks compliant with WCAG 2.0 standards (AA) by December of 2016.
